Hi, I'm Rich. I run Rich Experiments, and in 2024 I was diagnosed with ADHD. I was shocked by how little I knew, and how hard it was to find answers that made sense to me.

Because of this I built Untangle. It puts clear, simple information in one place and is for people with ADHD, and for the parents, family, friends and partners who want to understand and support them.
